Career Assessment Services (CAS) help individuals make informed career choices. CAS staff assesses work potential, ability and interests based on an individualized plan of services. In a process that can take two days to one week, participants receive individualized assessments to determine realistic career paths. This can include any of the following methods and techniques: Interviews, paper and pencil tests, computerized tests, work samples, job tryouts, and career exploration utilizing readily available career information. The consumer is encouraged to be an active participant in this process so that they can make an informed career choice.
