Vestibular, Dizziness, and Balance Program

Sinai Rehabilitation CenterVestibular Rehabilitation is an area of physical therapy in which therapists work to improve symptoms of dizziness and balance problems. Therapy for vestibular disorders can take many forms.

Some exercises help with balance, some assist the brain in resolving differences in inner ear signals, and some help with improving the ability to visually focus. A physical therapist can help you work through these issues right away and get you back to a more active and productive life.

Common diagnoses include:
  • BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)
  • Meniere’s disease
  • Vestibular neuritis
  • Labyrinthitis
  • Vestibular migraine
  • Unilateral or Bilateral peripheral vestibulopathy
Vestibular physical therapy is offered at the Mirowski medical office building. To make an appointment, please call Jean Sener at 410-601-7360.
