Post-Ride Picnic/ Carnival
SPECIAL GUEST: Floyd Landis & Bob Roll
Carnival: "Come see the kids smile". All the proceeds from the Carnival will go directly to the Save-A-Limb Fund. The kids will have the opportunity to dunk a doctor, pie eating contest, multiple games, and arts and crafts projects.
The event is for children 5 and up and is handicapped accessible.
Enjoy a picnic in the park featuring great food, live music, volleyball, and guided hikes through the trails of Oregon Ridge Park. Floyd Landis sponsored by Smith & Nephew is an American cyclist turned professional in 1999 and Tour de France Champion in 2006 will be speaking and signing autographs. BOB ROLL, OLN's Tour De France commentator, will be our MC and special guest. Also hear from Drs. Paley and Herzenberg, Co-Directors of the International Center for Limb Lengthening and Dr. Ron Delanois, of the Center for Joint Preservation and Replacement.
The top team and the top ten individual who raise the most for the Save-A-Limb Fund will be announced at the picnic and will receive a special prize from the fund. The winner of the T-shirt design contest will be awarded their prize t the picnic as well.
